It is your responsibility to make sure that the information in your file is correct. Our goal is to provide all graduates their diploma at the ceremony on May 18, 2006. In order to do this, you must address all financial obligations and required financial aid paperwork by May 1, 2006. We recognize that some graduates have payment plans extending until June. If you cannot make your final payment by May 1, 2006, your diploma will be held until you have completed the financial process and then your diploma will be mailed to the address provided on the graduation application. unable to attend? Although it is traditional to graduate by attending Commencement, there may be circumstances that prevent you from attending the ceremony. If you have completed all graduation requirements, but are unable to attend, you are still considered a member of this graduating class. questions? Contact Torri Butler at 757-853-3508 ext. 222 |
