James Beard-award nominated chef McInnis will talk about how his time at JWU, share career advice, and demonstrate the sophisticated Southern comfort food that made his name.

Under McInnis' leadership, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar received national recognition within the first 6 months of opening, when he was nominated as a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundations' "Best Chef: South" award. His prior experience includes stints at the Ritz-Carlton and Norman's in Miami, and as a competitor on "Top Chef" Season 5.

Reception starts at 6pm, and the four course dinner with wine pairings at 7pm.
