Food Network Host Ben Vaughn

Chef and “Health Inspectors” host Vaughn will talk about his experience as a chef and his expertise with sanitation in the culinary world. Chef Vaughn’s transition to TV was triggered by his interest in passing along valuable food safety lessons learned throughout his restaurant career.

Open to JWU students. Choose from two sessions: morning (9:30-10:30am) and afternoon (2-3pm).
