Behavioral Expectations at Orientation
Any violation of the Code of Student Conduct could result in the rescinding of your acceptance to the university.
Review the Code of Student Conduct prior to attending orientation.
Participation All students are required to participate in ALL activities during their 2-day orientation session. You will be required to abide by all student conduct regulations as outlined in the Code of Student Conduct.
Alcohol or Drug Use During your stay, you are expected to abide by the university’s alcohol and drug policies.
Violations of these policies will be referred to Safety & Security and/or the Providence Police. In addition, violations will be referred to Student Conduct for immediate action.
Cell Phones During Orientation activities, all cell phones and mobile devices must be turned OFF or put on silent.
Unexpected Departures All students must stay for the entire 2-day session. If you must leave due to unexpected circumstances, please contact your orientation leader, who will assist you in scheduling the proper arrangements.
