Getting Here

Driving If you have registered as a drive-in participant, arrive Friday, 9–11am. This will give you time to check in, attend a presentation, tour campus and meet students.

If you are in the following programs, use these Harborside Campus directions:

If you are in the following programs, use these Downcity Campus directions: 

• Arts & Sciences
• Business
• Equine
• Hospitality
• Technology

Flying If you’ve registered as a fly-in participant, we have purchased a plane ticket in your name.

2 weeks before your departure date, your flight itinerary (with confirmation number) will be emailed to you.

On your day of departure:

1. Arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. 
2. Show a valid driver’s license/passport to an agent to claim your ticket. 
3. You’ll arrive at Providence's T.F. Green Airport the Thursday evening before your program. 
4. Go to the airport's information desk.
5. There, you’ll be greeted by a JWU representative and transported to campus.

Have you already purchased your own plane ticket?

• Fax your itinerary to us at least 2 weeks before your program to ensure transportation from the airport to campus.
• Arrive on the Thursday before your program, 3-7pm.

Train or Bus Arrive Friday, 8-11am.
Fax your travel itinerary to us at least 2 weeks before your program, and we will provide a shuttle from the station to campus.
