A number of our special events require separate tickets. We strongly encourage you to pre-register for these events, which may sell out by the time you arrive on campus.

8:30am-6pm	The Village Bookstore Stock up on JWU swag and take advantage of the 15% Family Weekend discount (Fri-Sun only).
2-6pm	Check-in (Student Ctr) Pick up your FW Welcome Guide and any tickets for which you may have pre-registered. If you weren’t able to pre-register, we also take walk-ins. Cost: $20/adults, $10/children 6 or under and adults over 60.	Reserve
2-6pm	Family Portraits (Student Ctr) Get a photo portrait of the whole family, printed on canvas.
2-6pm	Campus Tour (Student Ctr) Tours leave the Student Center every hour on the hour.
4:30-7pm	Carolina Barbeque (Dining Ctr) There’s nothing quite like Southern barbeque and live music. Choose from 2 seatings: 4:30pm and 5:45pm.
6-8pm	JWU Women’s Volleyball vs. Livingstone College (Gym) Cheer on the Lady Wildcats in this varsity showdown.
7:30-9:30pm	Late Arrival Check-in (Student Ctr) Pick up your FW Welcome Guide and any tickets for which you may have pre-registered. If you weren’t able to pre-register, we also take walk-ins: $20/adults, $10/children 6 or under and adults over 60.	Reserve
8-10pm	Movie: Despicable Me (Wildcat Den, Student Center)
10:15pm-12:15am	JWU Hockey vs. Appalachian State (Pineville Ice House) Cheer on the Wildcats as they take to the ice.
