  • New Students Residence Hall Move-In

Saturday, Sep 1 New Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts students

Sunday, Sep 2 New Arts & Sciences, Business, Hospitality and Technology students

Housing Assignment Notification Students will receive final confirmation of their room assignments and roommates via email in August provided they establish an approved payment plan with Student Financial Services by the requirements deadline in order to retain the assignment.

Students who do not fulfill requirements forfeit their selected room and will likely be assigned to a temporary space (rec room, study room, RA room) once requirements are completed.

Arrival on Campus Students will receive move-in instructions along with their temporary move-in parking permit in their housing packet during summer orientation. Students with financial requirements to complete upon arrival to campus must do so and then report to Residential Life if they need a residence hall assignment.

Students who do not occupy an assigned room by the end of day on Monday, September 3 will forfeit that specific housing assignment unless a written request providing sufficient cause for late move-in has been previously submitted and approved by Residential Life.

Residence Hall Guidelines Residential Life and residence hall policies are described in detail in the Guide to On-Campus Living. The guide also contains information regarding term breaks, guest policies, meal plans and more. All students are responsible for this information which can be found in the On-Campus Housing section of jwuLink.
