10am-3pm	Academic Assessment Academic Center 433
11am-4pm	Term Start Requirements University Events Center, Academic Center Start times, in order by student's last name, are: 11am, A–B 12pm, C–D 1pm, E–G 2pm, H–I 3pm, J–K Doors close at 4pm.
11am-4pm	Culinary Uniform Fitting & Pickup Cyber Lounge, Gateway Village
11am-5pm	Housing Move-In Residence Halls
3-5pm	New Student Orientation Hance Auditorium, Academic Center For students who did NOT attend summer orientation.

Saturday, Sep 8 New students with last names beginning L-Z

10am-3pm	Academic Assessment Academic Center 433
10am-4pm	Day in the Life of a JWU Student Hance Auditorium, Academic Center You will be notified over the summer if you are required to attend this program.
11am-4pm	Term Start Requirements University Events Center, Academic Center Start times, in order by student's last name, are: 11am, L–M 12pm, N–P 1pm, Q–S 2pm, T–V 3pm, W–Z Doors close at 4pm.
11am-4pm	Culinary Uniform Fitting & Pickup Cyber Lounge, Gateway Village
12-1pm	Early Enrollment Program (EEP) Hance Auditorium, Academic Center For EEP students and their parents only.
11am-5pm	Housing Move-In Residence Halls

Sunday, Sep 9

8-10:30am	College of Culinary Arts Orientation, AM Lab Students Culinary Labs, Academic Center For Culinary/Baking & Pastry Arts students in AM labs. (Report to your first lab class on Monday, Sep 10 in full culinary/pastry uniform).
9-10am	College of Culinary Arts Orientation, Students in Academics Hance Auditorium, Academic Center For all Culinary/Baking & Pastry Arts students in academics.
10:30am-12pm	College of Business Orientation Hance Auditorium, Academic Center Professional dress required.
2-4:30pm	College of Culinary Arts Orientation, PM Lab Students Culinary Labs, Academic Center For Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts students in PM labs. (Report to first lab class on Monday, Sep 10 in full culinary/pastry uniform).
2-4p	The Hospitality College Orientation Hance Auditorium, Academic Center Professional dress required.
5-7:30pm	Convocation & Barbecue Student Center Gymnasium Join us as we gather your incoming class to officially welcome you to the Charlotte Campus. You are encouraged to wear blue or white JWU apparel. Casual clothes permitted.
