Student Financial Services

Submit payment by choosing ONE of these four options:

• Paying your entire term balance
• Establishing a monthly payment plan with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) (requires $65 application fee along with first monthly payment)
• Receiving an approved loan to cover annual charges
• Establishing an approved payment or combination plan with Student Financial Services

Required Documentation You must submit:

• Completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if you plan to use financial aid (JWU's school code is 003404)
• Any verification forms (i.e. federal tax transcripts, dependent verification worksheet, etc) requested by Student Financial Service
• Completed Direct Master Promissory Note (MPN) if you have been awarded a Federal Stafford Loan
• Completed Entrance Counseling if you have been awarded a Federal Stafford Loan

Payment Deadline Prior to Wildcat Welcome, all students must establish (or confirm) an appropriate and approved payment plan with Student Financial Services. Failure to satisfy this requirement will result in removal of your housing assignment with Residential Life and a Financial Hold will be placed on your account.
