Parking PermitsResident Students Resident students in Cedar Hall North and Cedar Hall South can apply for a space in Lot A. The cost is $150 per term or $400 per academic year.Residents of City View Towers can apply for a parking space in Lot C. The cost is $150 per term or $400 per academic year.Commuter Students Apply for a parking space in Lot B. The cost is $125 per term or $325 per academic year.Overflow We strongly advise all students to remember that parking is on a first come first serve basis. Once all available parking is occupied, there are additional parking structures in the area that can be utilized (see below for details).These parking decks are not owned or operated by JWU and parking agreements at their locations are solely between the operator and the vehicle owner. Spaces there can be obtained by calling Standard Parking at 704-343-9604.Central Parking operates the Trade Street Parking Deck approximately one block from the Academic Center and approximately two blocks from City View Towers. Spaces there can be obtained by calling Central Parking at 704-350-6218.Commuters may also obtain additional parking from West Parking for the gravel lot adjacent to the Greyhound bus station. The charge is $50 per month or $150 per term. West Parking can be reached at 704-399-9047.
