    In order to retain your housing assignment and move into the residence halls, you must be financially cleared.

    Any student not financially cleared will NOT be permitted to move into the residence halls.

    Move-In Dates All residential students will participate in the required “Housing Move-In” process (after completing Term Start Requirements) based on last name and will receive specific instructions at that time.

    Friday, Sep 7, 11am-5pm (Students with last names A-K)
    Saturday, Sep 8, 11am-5pm (Students with last names L-Z)

    Clearance Deadline Any student with a housing assignment who is not financially cleared by Friday, Aug 3 could have their housing assignment cancelled. Once cancelled, reinstatement of original housing assignment cannot be guaranteed so it is critical financial clearance take place prior to the deadline.

    You may check the status of your housing assignment at jwuLink. If your housing assignment has been cancelled or you have been unable to select a room due to a financial hold, you must speak with Residential Life AFTER clearing the hold or completing the “Term Start Requirements” process during Wildcat Welcome. As a reminder, housing is limited.
