Student Academic Services

All students must print out a copy of their fall class schedule 24 hours before classes start in order to view any time, classroom or schedule changes. Students who would like to print a copy of their schedule can do so during Wildcat Welcome in Academic Center Student Computer Lab 436.

JWU provides jwuLink, a web portal that gives you access to a collection of links to key communications, tools, websites and support. You can easily access many transactions online, including: 

• Accessing your JWU email account
• Viewing/accessing your class schedule
• Registering for classes
• Viewing holds
• Viewing grades
• Viewing your Grad Planning System (GPS)
• Viewing course projections
• Viewing the university’s course catalog
• Accessing and requesting transcripts
• Viewing your financial account
• Making tuition payments
• Viewing financial aid awards and tracking information
• Updating address information
• Viewing transfer credits that have been awarded

Instructions for logging in to jwuLink are emailed to all deposited students on an ongoing weekly basis. Upon receiving these instructions, you should log in to jwuLink to become familiar with the system. Once you have access to jwuLink, it is your responsibility to check your record on a regular basis to view any holds that can prevent enrollment for the term.

All JWU first-term students have course registration prepared by Student Academic Services. This course registration is viewable via jwuLink. Student Academic Services recommends that all incoming students print a copy of their schedule 24 hours before the start of school. This will ensure you have the most updated copy in case of a classroom or instructor change.
