Prepare for Wildcat Welcome
As the start of your first term at JWU quickly approaches, you must ensure that you have completed all university requirements to begin classes. This website provides you with the information regarding all of the activities you must complete to fulfill these requirements
Log in to jwuLink to check your records and determine what specific holds have been placed on your account. ALL HOLDS must be cleared in order for you to start school.
On the left, you will find important information, reminders and
deadlines regarding term start requirements, paperwork and university
services including Financial Services, Health Services, Academic
Assessment, Residential Life, Parking Permits, Student Identification
Cards, Information Technology, Student Academic Services, Professional
Dress Policy, International Students and additional resources. There
will be stations at Wildcat Welcome for you to accomplish each of these
Orientations Throughout the summer, JWU offered seven opportunities for you and your family to attend New Student Orientation including four sessions for traditional students, two sessions for transfer and returning learner students, and one session for Garnish Your Degree (GYD) students.
Even if you attended New Student Orientation, you still MUST attend Wildcat Welcome.
If you did NOT attend New Student Orientation, you will receive further information and will be able to complete other requirements (such as academic assessment) during Wildcat Welcome. An abbreviated orientation session will be held on Saturday, Sep 8, 3-5pm in Hance Auditorium for students who did NOT attend over the summer.
