Cap & gown pickup will be available in the campus bookstore February 4 through May 17, 2013 after students have applied for graduation at jwuLink and pick up their Cap & Gown Voucher from Student Academic & Financial Services.

For student loan borrowers, you will receive a Cap & Gown Voucher once you have completed your exit counseling session. Student Academic & Financial Services will assist students with exit counseling during the following times in ASC 104. Additional exit counseling sessions will be offered in the spring term (check back in March).

· Feb. 4, 10-11am
· Feb. 6, 5-6pm
· Feb. 7, 3-4pm

Students without loans can come to Student Academic & Financial Services starting Feb. 4 to pick up their Cap & Gown Voucher without completing exit counseling.
