To maintain the solemnity of the event, no one will be allowed onto the main floor before or after the ceremony to take photographs. At the conclusion of the ceremony, however, graduates and guests are welcome to return to the stage/riser and pose for photos using the platform as a memorable backdrop.
A professional photographer has been retained to take no-obligation photos of each graduate as they cross the stage. You are encouraged to pre-register for viewing and ordering information — you’ll be eligible for a free 5"x7" and a special discount.How do I pre-register for photos? There is no obligation to buy. Will the ceremonies be webcast over the internet? Yes. All ceremonies will be broadcast live online. The video stream begins 15 minutes before the start of each procession. Please prepare in advance by visiting the broadcast link to ensure your computer has the appropriate settings in place.
Can past ceremonies be viewed online? Yes, we began webcasting the graduate school ceremony in 2011 and all ceremonies in 2012. Visit our archives and select the applicable month and year.
Will the commencement ceremony be videotaped and available for purchase? Yes, Grad Images will videotape the ceremony. Visit GradImages.com for DVD purchase information.
