Arrival time for students: 9am Students need to meet at their staging location by 9:30am. All graduates will check-in at Exhibit Hall C in the graduate staging area. Families will proceed to the seating area. Upon check-in, graduates must pick up name cards that will be used by announcers when they receive their degree as well as any honors cords they have earned. Beginning at 9:40am, graduates will line up to form the academic procession.
