Your Housing Assignment
In August, you will receive final confirmation of room assignment and roommates via email.

This is provided that you have established an approved payment plan with Student Financial Services by the requirements deadline.

If you do NOT fulfill requirements, you will:

  • Forfeit your selected room and roommates
  • Likely be assigned to a temporary space (study, rec or RA room) once requirements are completed

Move-in Deadline
You must occupy an assigned room by end of day on Monday, Sep 8.

Otherwise, you will forfeit that specific housing assignment — unless a written request (providing sufficient cause for late move-in) has been previously submitted and approved by Residential Life.

Residence Hall Guidelines
All students are responsible for the information found in JWU’s Guide to On-Campus Living, including Residential Life/residence hall policies and information regarding term breaks, guest policies, meal plans and more.

To find our Guide to On-Campus Living:

  1. Log in to jwuLink
  2. Student Life tab
  3. Select On-Campus Housing
