meet the tour guides Kristen Munns Business Administration/Marketing Your JWU visit experience My first Johnson and Wales experience was awesome. Manuel Rodriguez gave me my tour and I absolutely fell in love with the campus. There are many opportunities here, from all of the Bank of America employees that we are surrounded by, to living in a city that holds over 300 offices from the fortune 500 companies. Why are you a CAT student? Because I feel it is a great opportunity to be able to meet new people and also prospective students and share my experience with them. What did you wish you knew (or someone told you) prior to visiting campus? I wish I knew about the free trolley that runs all over Uptown. What "insider’s tip" do you have for prospective students about visiting? Make sure that you take all opportunities that are presented to you. You will find out that later on down the road that it is worthwhile to network with people. What "must see" things do you recommend prospective students see while they're here visiting? Uptown, visit all the restaurants you can. We have a great variety of restaurants and Charlotte really proves that you don't have to spend much to get a good quality cuisine. |
