Bob Dumas

bio Robert R. Dumas graduated from the University of Massachusetts where he majored in Marketing and Food Distribution. Upon graduation, Bob began what was to become a 30-year career in the supermarket industry. As an employee with Supervalu, the third-largest retail operator in the country and the second-largest independent wholesaler, Bob spent six years as a category manager responsible for the procurement of packaged and processed meats for three warehouse facilities in New England, supplying more than 400 retail and chain store operators. Bob joined Johnson & Wales University in 2000 as Admissions Representative for the Central and Northeastern parts of Massachusetts. Bob enjoys spending time with his family, grandchildren and friends, and playing golf.
