bio Brittney Moustis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. After graduating in just three years, she attended Loyola University of Chicago where she completed a one year Dietetic Internship. Brittney has counseled patients at various hospitals in the Chicago area. In addition, she worked for a national health and fitness club, counseling clients on various dietary needs, as well as creating a healthy cooking class. Brittney returned to Johnson & Wales as an admissions representative in 2007.
