David Yoder

bio Dave Yoder was raised as a military brat and followed his father’s footsteps after high school by enlisting in 1979. His twenty-year career consisted of enlistments in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Coast Guard. His personal achievements include the USCG Recruiting 100% Club, The Award in USCG Reserve recruiting, Outstanding Achievement USCG Recruiting, Outstanding Achievement USCG Reserve Recruiting, Sector Recruiting Office of the year, awarded the Key to the City-Elizabeth City NC, The Cosmopolitan Club Hero of the year, The ANA (Association of Naval Aviation) award, two NHA (Naval Helicopter Association) awards, and the Sun 'n Fun Lone Eagle Award (EAA). Among the many citations he has received are the USMC Meritorious Mast, National Defense Service Medal, and Distinguished Flying Cross with Heroism.

Dave graduated from Excelsior College of New York in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in Administration Management. He retired from the U.S Coast Guard and moved with his wife and daughter to Mobile, Alabama in November of 2003, where he continues to run his corporation that he created after 9/11, which supplies the Defense Department and law enforcement agencies worldwide with the weapons and equipment necessary to carry out their missions. His corporation was a major supplier for the U.S. and British troops during the first weeks of the war in Iraq. He has continued his education at Embry Riddle University and is working toward his master's in Professional Aeronautics/Airport Management.
