bio JC Crane graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a degree in Journalism/Mass Communications. Prior to joining Johnson and Wales University in September 2006, JC was self-employed as a diversity educator and post-secondary guidance counselor and held positions in higher education administration for 15 years. JC says he is “a proud Christian” who attends New Hope Baptist Church in Wayne, Michigan, and considers himself blessed at having had the opportunity to play football in the National Football League for the Los Angeles Raiders and the Dallas Cowboys.
