bio Minh Dang received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Spanish. He worked as a reporter for the NBC-affiliated television station in Phoenix, Arizona for one year. Minh then made a career change and moved to advertising sales and marketing with the Tribune newspaper in Mesa, Arizona, a position he held for five years. He then attended graduate school at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri and received his master's in Communications with minor degrees in philosophy and theology. Prior to his career with Johnson & Wales, Minh taught high school for seven years in Phoenix and California.
