bio Born and raised in San Jose, California, Roselyn Santoro moved to Rhode Island where she earned her bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University. While attending school, she was an active teaching assistant at the Radisson Hotel for two years. Upon graduation, she returned to San Jose and worked at numerous bakeries. She was the Assistant Pastry Chef for Bon Appetit at Oracle for one and a half years before joining the Johnson & Wales Admissions Team. Roselyn enjoys taveling throughout California, and especially loves to nibble on some sweet treats at newly found bakeries!
