FIND A JOB

Targeting a date that you would ideally like to start your new job, is a good way to begin your job search campaign. A job search takes several months of consistent effort on your part. Get organized early by setting aside a certain amount of time each week to work your search. Prepare a calendar and weekly planner and work back from your target date. Reach out to professional and social relationships you have cultivated to market your talent and skills and to learn about available career opportunities. Networking in person and through career websites can be a valuable resource to you in your job search.

One of the most important things that many candidates ignore when preparing for an interview is understanding the other side of the process. The following discussion should be helpful as you build your career network and prepare for your interviews.
