Elliot Leadership Institute The Elliot Leadership Institute is a not-for-profit organization that works closely with foodservice and hospitality companies to fill the leadership development gap that too often exists between single location general management and senior corporate executives. ELI offers a broad range of cost-effective, online products and services specifically focused on accelerating the development of your leaders, from high-performing GMs and Multi-Unit Managers to Corporate Directors and Senior Executives.
