Jodi Huyler ’94, president, is an pharmaceutical sales representative for GlaxoSmith Kline (GSK) Pharmaceutical. Jodi began her career successful career early on as a student assistant in the Advancement offices at Johnson & Wales University. She was exposed to budgets, event planning, and fundraising for alumni affairs. As a student, she balanced both a student assistant position and a class schedule simultaneously.
After graduating, Jodi went on to Banana Republic as a regional training manager at Winter Park, Fla. Her responsibilities included preparing competitive analysis & maintaining period data that was used for forecasting and projecting regional goals. In 1996, Jodi switched gears and moved back north to her home state of Connecticut. She landed a position with United Health Care of Hartford, Conn. as the national account manager.
In early 2000, Jodi shifted career goals working for Citigroup, Annuity Division as the marketing manager.
