Students have the opportunity to receive hands-on experience through two J&W programs, Summer Work Experience (SWEP) and Cooperative Education. These programs provide students with exposure to the industry they are studying in. It provides a first-hand opportunity for both the employee and the employer to evaluate each other and determine potential future matches.
