In an effort to help streamline the maintenance concerns in the residence halls, the Department of Residential Life is allowing students to submit their non-emergency requests online. The request form is only accessible to students on the campus network.

The request form is for NON-Emergency request and repairs. For example, your HVAC unit knob broke off, you have a broken faceplate on a outlet cover, a light bulb is out.

The request form should not be used for:
Emergency situations like a broken pipe, or there is smoke coming from an outlet. These emergencies should be called into the front desk of the building: CHS x1871 and CHN x1851.

The form should also not be used for technology, cable, or phone issues. Such issues need to be submitted to the University Help Desk at helpdesk@jwu.edu or 866-598-4357.
