Room change requests can only be submitted during the third week of each term.
The first two weeks of each term is used to allow for the department to handle
any consolidation needs and to provide sufficient time for roommates to get
acquainted. A room change request is a request only and all parties involved
must be in agreement before consideration is given. The following form is
only accessible from the university network and can only be filled out
by
residents.
