At JWU you can receive two culinary degrees in four years: an Associate in Science (AS) degree after the first two and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree after the second two.

Within the traditional BS degree, you can concentrate in Baking & Pastry Arts, Beverage Service Management, Contemporary Pastry Arts, Culinary Capstone Labs, Sommelier, and Wellness & Sustainability.
Additionally, JWU provides accelerated culinary programs and through the office of Adult & Continuing Education, offers both associate and bachelor of science degree programs, the weekend Culinary Arts Diploma, as well as the Chef's Choice recreational cooking classes and a variety of beverage certificate programs.
