Arrival time for students: 8:00am Students need to meet at their staging location by 8:30am. Bachelor degree candidates will meet at the Chapel while Associate degree candidates will meet at the University Event Center. Upon check-in, graduates must pick up name cards that will be used by announcers when they receive their degree as well as any honors cords they have earned. Beginning at 8:40am, graduates will line up to form the academic procession.
