student awards day All student awards will be presented at 2:00pm in Jared Polis Auditorium. Nominees will be notified in advance. The awards presented at this ceremony are as follows:
Alpha Beta Kappa, Academic Performance Awards, Apprenti Cuisinier Awards, Governor Christopher Del Sesto Trustee Award, Dr. Anthony Kemalian Trustee Award, Founders' Awards, President's Award, and all Departmental and College Awards. All graduates and family members are welcome to attend Student Awards Day. The presentation of awards is expected to last approximately an hour and a half. Students receiving awards will be given VIP invitations during the week of May 5.
new graduate & family reception The Denver Family Association and the Office of Alumni Relations are hosting its 2nd annual New Graduate & Family Reception for students and families. The graduation reception will be Friday, May 16, at 3:00pm in the University Event Center at the Denver Campus. All graduates, family members and friends are welcome to celebrate this momentous occasion and to learn more about what it means to be an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University. baccalaureate celebration The Baccalaureate celebration will be Friday, May 16, in the Chapel at 5:00pm. There is not ticket required for this event. Seating will begin at 4:30pm on a first-come, first-served basis. All graduates and family members are welcome to attend the Baccalaureate celebration.
