Eligibility & Commencement Program The following students are eligible to attend 2012 commencement ceremonies and will have their names printed in the 2012 commencement program:

If you are pursuing more than one degree (e.g. AS degree + BS degree), each one has its own graduation date. As applicable, you may attend commencement ceremonies in one more than year (for each individual degree) – or you can choose to attend ceremonies in one year (for one of your degrees).

What To Do To participate in commencement ceremonies, students must complete the following requirements:

  1. Submit or verify your graduation application in jwuLink (Academic tab > Graduation & Commencement)
  2. Complete exit counseling
  3. Pick up your cap & gown at the bookstore (form is given to you during exit counseling)

Note: If you have student loans, you must provide two personal references (name, address, phone) and allow approximately 15-20 minutes.

Cap & Gown Pick Up
You will receive a cap & gown order form at the end of your exit counseling session. Promptly, bring the original form to the campus bookstore to get your cap & gown.
