Financial Services

Student Financial Services offers a variety of services to students and their families when financing their higher education at JWU. To assist with the financial aid process and selection of a payment option, JWU provides each student with a financial planning representative. Financial Aid calculates each student’s eligibility for federal, state and institutional aid, and then completes the verification process and loan processing. Billing & Collections sends student invoices as well as collects payments for the Federal Perkins loan program.

Finding your financial planning representative
A financial planning representative is available to answer your financial questions and will help you determine a payment plan that works best for you. In your correspondence, please be sure to include your student ID and be as detailed as possible. Click your planner's name for their email address.
