In our Hotel & Lodging Management bachelor’s degree program, acquire the depth of knowledge necessary for a successful career in the world of hotels, lodging and hospitality.

Our immersive approach blends classroom education with hands-on learning and related work experience. This program allows you to select an internship at a partner property or JWU-owned facility.

In addition to industry best practices and foundation skills, learn:

• How to apply critical thinking and problem-solving techniques in a hotel/lodging setting

Core courses include Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management, Revenue Management, Customer/Guest Service Relations, Hospitality Strategic Marketing and Hotel Food and Beverage Controls.

You can further customize your degree by selecting a concentration option specific to your area(s) of interest. These include International Hospitality Operations Management (summer program only), Resort Management, Beverage Service Management, and Cruise Line Management.

You may opt for a second concentration, an internship or a summer abroad program, which will introduce you to a global hospitality environment.
