Health Education
Health Services offers year round health education programs and services for students, as well as providing individual and group education programs to help build an informed and healthy campus community. Programs offered include:
- Individual health and wellness consultations
- Group workshops and presentations
- Health Library
- Referrals to healthcare on and off campus
The Health Education office is staffed by a full-time professional health educator, Colby Zongol. She is available for confidential, one-on-one health consultations on topics ranging from fitness, nutrition, sexual health, or alcohol and other drugs. To make an appointment, call 401-598-2023.
Health Library Drop by the Health Education office to browse our brochures, resource materials, videos and wellness magazines. We’ve got information on fitness, nutrition, alcohol and other drugs, sexual health, birth control, sleep, stress, acne, back pain, body art, LGBTQ health, and more. We also provide free condoms and safer sex supplies (limit of 10 per person, per visit).
