JWU's Distinguished Visiting Chef (DVC) series brings the culinary world's greatest names come face-to-face with JWU students to offer tips for success, and demonstrate the techniques, creativity, and personal philosophies that set them apart from their peers.
Nearly 250 DVCs have appeared at JWU campuses since the program began in 1979. Past DVCs at our Denver Campus include such culinary luminaries as Lidia Bastianich, Michelle Bernstein, Alex Seidel, Matt Selby, Martin Yan and Ann Cooper, AKA the Renegade Lunch Lady.
