Core courses include Hospitality Operations Management, Revenue Management, Customer/Guest Service Management, Hospitality Strategic Marketing and Hotel Food and Beverage Operations. At least one three-course Hospitality College concentration is required for graduation. In addition, you may opt for a second concentration, internship experience or a summer abroad program, which will introduce you to a global hospitality environment.
