The Teaching Assistant Program (TA) provides opportunities for students to work at one of the university’s hotels, restaurants, travel tourism sites, dining service sites, or culinary classrooms. TAs assist instructors with teaching classes, hold supervisory positions, and strive to deliver high quality service and products at the university's owned, operated, or partnership facilities. TAs earn hourly wages and scholarship, if eligible, for their participation. TAs who show outstanding performance may choose to apply for available Fellowship positions. Fellowships will provide additional opportunities for further development of skills and to gain additional work experience. Eligibility requirements are:
