Pay Schedule

Changes to the student payroll schedule may occur throughout the academic year, due to holidays and the university shut down period.

Bi-Weekly Student Payroll

  • Timecards must be forwarded to Student Employment by 10am on the scheduled due date.
  • Timecard entries must be completed in pen and show actual hours worked.
  • You and your supervisor must sign the timecard after all hours have been worked, and all entries have been made.
  • You should receive a timecard from your supervisor.
  • A reissued timecard can be obtained at Student Employment.

Weekly Student Payroll

  • Begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
  • Time records for the hours worked in the previous week are due Monday mornings by 10am.
  • Pay date is Friday. A valid picture ID is required in order to pick up your paycheck.
