With more than 145,000 square feet dedicated to your educational experience, JWU’s Charlotte Campus is the new standard for facilities in culinary education.

Our numerous, dedicated hot and cold kitchens and baking & pastry labs designed for course-specific skills are taken to new levels. The campus also features a world-class Culinary Auditorium and fantastic front-of-the-house dining room facilities to deliver an integrated curriculum that teaches the relationship between back-of-the-house and dining room management.
