Located at Providence's T.F. Green Airport, the Radisson Hotel Providence Airport is a 111-room educational training facility owned and operated by Johnson & Wales University that provides practical, real-life work experience for culinary, hospitality and food service management students. At the hotel students apply their skills acquired in the classroom for academic credit, in a professional, national brand hotel operation.
Culinary students have the chance to hone their craft in a full-service dining facility. The hotel’s Libations Restaurant and Lounge at the Radisson serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and offers culinary students a chance to exercise their creativity while learning about cost control and other operational details.
