Beth Beukema has worked in Sports Horse Judging, as well as a consultant in multiple equine programs. She is also a Dressage Judge recognized by USEF and a Riding Instructor/Clinician in both dressage and the Balance in Motion rider training program.

Beukema is the National President of non-profit Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) and is also a committee member of the United States Equestrian Federation.

Beukema is involved with the Intercollegiate Dressage Team and the Intercollegiate Horse Show Team at Johnson & Wales University, and she serves as the University Outcomes Assessment Committee and as chairperson for the College of Business Outcomes Assessment Committee. She previously served on the Textbook Review and Adoption Committee, the COB Curriculum Committee and on the University Committee on Academic Rank.

Beukema is a frequent contributor to Dressage Today.
