All applicants must be able to understand and communicate in English to be admitted to the university. If the applicant is from a non-English speaking country and/or for whom English is a second language, a score from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) must be submitted by the application deadline. The score must be greater than 80 for internet-based exam or 550 for paper-based exam (foreign graduates).
The Admissions Committee reserves the right to make changes or exceptions to the admission policies and procedures without notice when it deems such a decision is appropriate.
