This joint program of The Hospitality College and the College of Culinary Arts combines the strength of culinary arts and management to prepare you for a career in front- or back-of-house. You’ll develop a solid baking and pastry foundation and management philosophy while expanding your leadership and managerial abilities. The curriculum provides ample opportunity to hone your critical thinking skills, personal ethics, financial analysis and customer awareness. You will also be able to identify and communicate long-range vision and strategy for a food service company. This program includes a unique hands-on internship experience at a JWU-owned facility, or at one of our partner properties. You may further focus your studies by choosing from selected Culinary concentrations and all Hospitality concentrations. This bachelor of science degree program is for graduates of the Culinary Arts associate degree program.
