Our program will give you with detailed exposure to all fashion and retail fields, especially the merchandising of garments, accessories, home furnishings, and specialty goods. You'll also study marketing, professional selling, advertising, promotion, buying, merchandise math, business practices, and other fashion and retail related subjects. You'll spend time in the fashion capital of the world, New York City, visiting designer showrooms, resident buying offices, fashion museums, an abundance of retail stores, and fashion forecasting offices. You'll get on-the-job training and industry insight from working with customers and tracking inventory from purchase to sale.
