Focusing on big Italian flavors, Red Sauce is the Harborside Campus' new lunch, dinner and late-night dining option. Open to 11pm or midnight every day, Red Sauce specializes in made-to-order pasta and grilled pizzas. Everything is made in-house and is available for takeout.
Our fresh pastas and grilled pizzas are endlessly customizable, thanks to gourmet toppings, sauces and mix-ins like applewood smoked bacon, artichokes, anchovies, caramelized onions, gorgonzola, Italian sausage, pepperoni and wild mushrooms.
Turn one of our farm-fresh salads into a meal by adding Italian tuna, grilled chicken or pesto chicken salad. Salads are available in side or entrée portions. Sandwiches offer an Italian twist on classics like the Caprese, the Italian, roasted vegetable and sun-dried tomato turkey.
