At JWU you can receive two culinary degrees in four years: an Associate in Science (A.S.) degree after the first two and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree after the second two.

Within the traditional B.S. degree, you can concentrate in Baking & Pastry Arts, Beverage Service Management, Contemporary Pastry Arts, Culinary Capstone Labs, Sommelier, and Wellness & Sustainability.

Additionally, JWU provides accelerated culinary programs and through the office of Continuing Education, offers both A.S. and B.S. degree programs, the weekend Culinary Arts Diploma, as well as the Chef's Choice recreational cooking classes and a variety of beverage certificate programs.

The American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Johnson & Wales University, have established a certification and membership program for graduates of the College of Culinary Arts. read more
