Academic Services

JWU offers a variety of services to help you prepare for graduation and a career. In addition to maintaining your official academic records, academic counselors are available in on a walk-in basis or by appointment to assist with your academic planning, course registration and more.

The mission of Academic Services is to educate and counsel students, helping you successfully manage your academic needs. Toward that, the staff will:

• Provide you with a professional and accessible environment in which to conduct business
• Advise you within a consistent framework of university policy and practice
• Exercise a clear, concise, professional and courteous approach to educate you and your parents on university policy and practice
• Promote awareness of internal and external resources available to you and your parents
• Advocate for you with other members of the university community

Mon-Thu 8:30am-6pm
Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
1st Saturday of each month: 9am-noon (2nd Saturday if classes are not in session during the 1st Saturday; no Saturday hours during July and August)
Call center/phone: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm (during summer the call center closes at 1pm on Fri)
